At SAMS FRAGRANCE SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unopened fragrance within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened, in its original cellophane wrapping, and has not been sprayed to qualify for a return.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Fragrance
Carefully pack the item in its original box with protective cushioning to prevent glass breakage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
